Check out this great Kymco People 50. Starts easily and runs great. All lights work and it has a NEW battery.
Does not need motorcycle license. It has a nice top box, which is about 8 months old.

It is one of the fastest production 50cc scooters out there. I get about 45mph all the time. No clutch, just twist and go.
It is a 2 stroke injected scooter. You just add the oil to a tank and it mixes it for you. In addition to the electric start.
Great scooter. Only selling because I got a new Kymco.
